When should I arrive and depart?
If you’re on a tight schedule we suggest that you time yourself to arrive on Friday evening post-lunch and check out on Sunday morning post-breakfast. The event ends with a special closing ceremony, so we advise not checking out before Sunday.
When will the agenda be announced?
All our confirmed speakers are mentioned in the tab ‘Upcoming Editions' on our website. A detailed agenda will be announced 2-3 weeks before the event.
What is the schedule of the event?
The event begins at 4pm on Friday afternoon and will run through Saturday night.
Each morning will begin at 7:30am with a morning exercise. Times are flexible and outcomes are absolute so end times will vary – we do advise in preparing for late nights as there you will find yourself connecting with the other attendees and enjoying the socials.
A large part of this event is focused on you creating your strategies for your spiritual healing. So with all the speakers and workshops, you will be taking a lot of notes, so bring your favourite notepads.
There will be stretching, snacks and meal breaks throughout the day. You’ll be given breaks for curated lunch and dinner at the venue.
Do you have any schedule for each day?
Our final schedule gets released one week prior to our scheduled dates, reason being our well known and trained facilitators would want to give out the maximum experience in the right amount of time that you deserve.
What is included in the event fee access?

What language will the event be held in?
The entire event will be conducted in English.
What is the refund policy? And if I can’t attend, can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
This event comes with a “No-questions-asked” refund policy. If you have a change of plans or a change of heart due to any reason, all you have to do is send us one email and you will have a full refund. You can get a 100% refund anytime until 30 days before the event starts.
Alternatively, you can transfer your ticket to a family member or friend. All transfer requests must be made via email.
The deadline to transfer your ticket to the other person is one week prior to the event.
IMPORTANT: Once the refund deadline has passed or your ticket has been transferred to another person, you are no longer eligible for a refund of the ticket price.
Is there anything I should bring?
Yes, there are a few things that you may want to bring. A journal and a pen. One costume for Saturday night social (to be revealed). Some healthy snacks and your own water bottle. Comfortable clothing (sports wear and anything casual) swimsuits for the water therapy sessions.
Where and when is the next event after Ooty in December 2022?
We do two gatherings a year. The next gathering after December is yet to be announced.
How many people will attend the event?
There will be 50 attendees. We cap it to not go beyond 55 as much as possible to maintain the intimacy level of the event.
What is the covid policy for the event?
Every participant, team member and speaker will need to bring a proof of vaccine or negative PCR-Test that can be validated with a QR-code, to participate at this event, no exception.
The hotel will maintain all the safety precautions on their staff’s side like wearing masks and providing hand sanitisers throughout the property.
What if I get covid days leading up to the event?
If you are unable to join the event due to contracting covid (even if it is 1 day before the event), we will transfer your ticket to our following event regardless of the refund policy. All you have to do is send us your covid test result.
